Empire Control Systems is always looking for talented, qualified people who want a career in industrial control systems. Our work spans refrigeration controls, machine room automation, control panel manufacturing, custom software, and on-site commissioning — so there’s usually room for engineers, technicians, panel builders, programmers, and field service folks.

Who we look for

  • Hands-on problem solvers who like seeing a project go from blueprint to running plant.
  • Background in industrial controls, electrical, refrigeration, automation, or similar.
  • Comfortable on a plant floor as well as in front of a computer.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for installs and commissioning.
  • Curious, careful, and not afraid to ask questions.
